 DAY-OF-COORDINATION 

 

Our Day of Coordination is perfect for the bride who has completed the planning process, but understands the value of a stress-free day. This service will allow you to turn your important finalized details over to an experienced professional to execute your vision and desires on the big day!

 

Package highlights includes:

·One hour consultation meeting

· Manage wedding day Itinerary

· Final confirmation and supervision of event day deliveries and set up

· Review floor plan and logistics chart obtained with contracted vendors

· Review contracts with all vendors (as needed)

· Final Consultation to confirm all wedding details, five days before wedding

· Assistance with ceremony rehearsal (up to 2 hours)

· Advise on structure of received Timeline

· Coordinate and direct wedding ceremony procession

· Handle discrepancies, last minute details, bridal party issues or vendors issue as needed

· Cue services for the ceremony and reception

· Provide personal assistance to the Bride and Groom and Bridal Party 

· Secure all gifts and personal items for Newly Weds to be given to the right designated person

                                                                   

 PARTIAL PLANNING

 

Our Partial Planning service is designed for the bride who has already started planning, but needs assistance bringing all of her fabulous ideas together.

 

Package highlights include:

· Create Timeline and Musical Score for ceremony and reception

· Vendor Referrals (Caterer, Baker, Florists, Photographer, Videography, DJ, Rentals, Hair & Makeup)

· Assistance with space layout for reception venue

· Decor-set up, Tear down, design plans, ideas, and floor plans
